The Last Situation in European Union Adventure
Chronologic Tour 2006-2008
In 2006, the request of the opening Turkish ports to Cypriots in consideration of retrenches the insulations. The deliberation of Science and Investigation completed. The approval of Istanbul will be the capital city of Europe in 2010.
In 2007, Romania and Bulgaria had been the candidate of European Union. The actual deliberations of Statistic and Financial Control, Protect the Consumer and The Health and Trans-Europe had been opened.
In 2008 The Fourth Accession Partnership Document had been published in Official Gazette of European Union.
According to the European Union Legal System 35 title had been gathered for the Period of Turkey’s Deliberation. The opening episodes of the deliberation are; Law of Companies, Law of Intellectual Property, Statistic, Policy of Enterprise and Industry, Trans-Europe Network, Protection of the Consumer and Health and Financial Cooperation. The episode of Science and Investigation had been closed in temporary. There is expectancy for opening the episodes of Policy of Economical Finance with Education and Culture. The episodes which has been still interview are Free Movement of Workers, Fishery, Policy of Transportation, Energy, Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Means, Judgment and Fundamental Rights, Act of Justice, Freedom and Security, External Relations, Financial and Budget Arbitrament.
The episodes which had been accepted and determined the criteria of opening in the European Union Commission are; Free Flow of Goods, The Right of Establish a Business and Freedom of Service, Public Procurements, Competitive Policy, Financial Services, Agriculture and Rustic Development, Security of Food, Veterinary and Plant Health, Taxation, Social Policy and Employment, Environment and Customs Union.
