The Draft Bill of State Secret in Signature

The Draft Bill of State Secret opens the convention for signature in meeting of Administration.

The draft bill includes;
- state of secret
- documents which should be in secret
- security grading
- authorization of determining the state secret
- authorization of determining the documents which should be in secret
- period
- liability
- wanting the information and documents by judicial bodies
- liability of protection

The regulations of the draft bill are about state secrets and secrets of public organizations. The secrets of real person and legal person are beside the draft bill. On the other hand, the draft bill is regulating the public confidentiality area.

Also, the draft bill includes internal and external security, military and political areas.
