The regulations of the draft bill are about state secrets and secrets of public organizations. The secrets of real person and legal person are beside the draft bill. On the other hand, the draft bill is regulating the public confidentiality area.
Also, the draft bill includes internal and external security, military and political areas.
European Union has a request that the electricity can be dependent on private consumption tax within the context of energy products.
Within the directives of European Union the tax of domiciled electricity can be 1% and electricity of industry can be 0,5%.
According to the explanations of Ministry of Finance there can be a regulation of private consumption tax in electricity.
According to the report of International Financial Institute there is an increase rate of Foreign Investment in Turkey.
However when we compared the rates of other countries in world the rate of Turkey is lower. But Turkey has a power in taking the Foreign Investments into the country in last years. This situation creates the power to compete with other countries.

- making fair terms for collaboration with the countries
The draft bill provides that determine the principles and liabilities of General Management and Assembly of Charitable Foundations.
According to the new regulations of the draft bill, the foreigners can establish a foundation in Turkey. They can take positions in administrative bodies of charitable foundations.
During establish a foundation; the administrators have been selected through their own receptions.
The court will determine the least property holdings of the administrators. The people of majority will have to be residing in Turkey who will have a position in charitable foundations
The Commission of Justice approved the draft bill of terminated the Law-Society Examination.
According to the present legal regulation, the Law-Society Examination had been done in 2001.
Now, the law-society examination will be in November 23, 2006 by Turkish Bar Association and Center of Choose and Placement of Students.
But, if the draft bill approves in the General Assembly and by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, the examination will not hold.
IMF declared that Turkey has been affected from the fluctuation in May and June.
According to the report; Turkey has an impact economic performance and the New Turkish Lira has stability because of foreign capital. Also, some expenditure has to be in control (like medical costs).
IMF also declared that there was a pleasure for some changes and regulations in Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.

It seems Turkey has entered in the influence of the approaching election. The scope and depth of the Parliament activity is decelerating gradually. Also, the old and polemical draft bills still wait for their turns.
