SSI’ s claim is 21.5 and Social Security Organization for Trades and Self-employed’s claim is 6.3 billion NTL. The draft bill predicts debtors can apply in two months for benefit from amnesty.
The debts which includes the draft bill pay with their income return and increase about their amounts if the debt couldn’t pay 31 December 2004.The date for the publics is 13 January 2005.
According to SSI’s bounty amnesty, the administrative board will compute monthly income return for TEFE and also for TÜFE.
The claims about Social Security Organization For Trades and Self-employed, the administrative board will make %30 discount from amounts of which compute from effective date. Also, the administrative board won’t apply any return income or increase for the debts which after the effective date. The administrative board (Social Security Organization For Trades and Self-employed) will be commissioner for determine different times for the pay and differentiate the installment amounts for months.
