The New Regulations in Obligations of Legal Practitioners
The public act which is within the extent of The Law of Social Insurance and General, Nr. Code 5510 brings new regulations for Legal Practitioners. The public act has been published in the Official Gazette in August 28, 2008.
According to the public act:
- Community Insurance for Legal Practitioners will not execute until October 1, 2008
- The Legal Practitioners will consider insured and general health insured
- After the date of October 1, 2008 the legal practitioners will benefit from short-term of insurances
- The period of internship will take on debt
